This recently renovated unit has a view of the Gulf waters from a private balcony off of the living room. The unit is open and spacious with a comfortable contemporary living feel. The living room features a very nice sofa and loveseat, one of which opens up to a queen sofa bed. For your convenience, you will find the kitchen beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances and stocked with the full complement of house wares for meal preparation. Your guests will enjoy the queen bed, with designer bedding. The master bedroom features a lovely king bed, nicely appointed bedding, Pergo flooring, and access to the private master bathroom. You may also make use of two DVD players in the unit with free DVD rentals available in our ResortQuest Office. This non-smoking unit is a wonderful family friendly vacation destination!
