Rustic and Beachy at the same time! Summit Studio 1006 A is perfect for a trip to the beach! Bedroom opens out onto balcony with seating for two with an unobstructed view of two beautiful landscapes, the neighboring nature preserve and the Gulf of Mexico Coastline. This unit features a newly remodeled bath and kitchenette. The bathroom has a newly tiled walk in shower, brand new high end cabinetry, granite double vanity, and garden tub for soaking. Kitchenette has coordinating counter and cabinets with huge mini-fridge. It may be an oxymoron but it's true its 5.1 cubic feet total with fridge and compact freezer. Studio Bedroom also has a bistro table that seats two; use for a lap top station or for breakfast table. Unit has flat panel TV that has Netflix and Pandora capabilities and Blue ray player. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout this condominium building, Unit Kitchenette has dining ware for 2, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Unit Bedroom and Bath are furnished with King linens and towels for 2. What are you waiting for?
