Great Condo!
We stayed at this condo last week for our vacation. It was very spacious, which is needed when you have 8 people. There wasn't very good lighting while taking a shower in the bathroom connected to the smaller room and the bottom three steps of the deck leading to the sand were slanted down and we had to be extra careful. The condo was clean upon arrival. The view was fantastic and we were close to whatever we wanted to go do in Destin. Thank You for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

wonderful place to relax
We spent a great restful week in this lovely townhouse on the beach. While others were dragging their chairs , towels, and all their belongings across the road and down the street, we were stepping out the door and onto the sand. All we brought was breakfast cereal and sandwich makings to enjoy our stay. All the necessities were there for us! Everything to do was close by and the people at Resort Quest could not have been nicer. I will continue to go as often as I can, I am already booked to be there in this same property this next week.

Love the place but it needs some attention
This is our 3rd year staying at this unit. Last year we had problems with no heat in the downstairs unit until the day before we left. The unit was replaced. This year - same thing problems with heat - turned out to be electrical problems. Resort quest was on top of the problem but we still had to do without a hot water heater until mid week and no stove. Seems like there are just a lot of little things that need to be fixed. I guess it is hard to know about them unless you stay for a few days. Example: the kitchen faucet was very loose, the toilet in the downstairs unit runs constantly and flushes itself every 10 mins., light bulbs out in the laundry room and living room lamp, grout broken on the stairs, etc. We really like the unit and the location but the old gal needs some love and attention. Again, Resort Quest was on top of things and Vanessa at the front desk was wonderful on keeping us informed on everything and being so helpful and pleasant. She is a great representative of Resort Quest's customer service commitment.

I am just so sorry you had to incur any problems at all. Unfortunately, due to the severity of the electrical issues and because it was Christmas weekend, we had to wait for the best company with the most experience, and it took several days before they could assess and correct the problem.
We appreciate the fact that you have come back to Green Reef for 3 years now! This gulf front townhome is quite unique for our area, which is why it so desirable. It is my understanding this unit may be closing soon and although the smaller problems have been addressed, we will do our best to work with the new owner on some of your suggested renovations.

Nice beachfront condo
We have spent the past ten years vacationing in Destin and this condo by far is the most comfortable of any. It is spacious enough for the family to spread out in but cozy enough to still enjoy each other. Having multiple balconies and the ability to step right on to the white sand is a huge plus. We will definitely being staying here again.

Great stay
We loved the Green Reef and found it to be very spacious and clean upon our arrival. Easy access to the beach and a large deck where a huge plus. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and functional. Could use some TLC in other areas such as fixing leaks in the ceilings and water stains galore. We payed a discounted rate for this one, so all in all we were pleased and hope to come back.

Love the view
Our family has been staying at Green Reef Townhome now for several years. We usually book it for the next July before checking out. We love the location and the time we have to relax and enjoy the view. The unit could use a little updating, but overall it is a beautiful unit. We love the beach!
