The third bedroom is a third floor lofted suite featuring a double bed, double sofa sleeper, a writing desk, Gulf Front picture window, and access to a bathroom with a tub. This home offers a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, an additional half bathroom next to the kitchen, and plenty of patio furniture for ample seating. This home is a non-smoking.
