This beautiful two bedroom and two bathroom condo is located on the first floor and offers a picturesque beach and Gulf view. A unique feature at Mainsail are the private stairways leading from the first floor unit balconies to the dune walkover boardwalk and this owner has added a gate to her landing preventing the little ones from access to the stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has lovely upgraded light wood cabinets, full size stainless appliances, full house wares, tiled floors, and washer and dryer in a separate hall laundry closet. The master bedroom offers a king bed with a new mattress and bedding, a flat panel television and a DVD player and access to the balcony through the new sliding glass doors. The master bathroom has a walk in shower. The living room and master bedroom have blackout drapes and the guest bedroom features two twin beds with bright beach themed coverlets along with a flat panel television and DVD player. The living area has new furniture with a casual beach feel and queen sofa sleeper that provides additional sleeping, and two fun red chairs, as well as access through the new sliding glass doors to the private patio with new patio furniture. Also, for your viewing entertainment this condo has a wall mounted 46" flat panel TV with HD digital and premium channels in the living room. The TV has VGA capability for components with a/v cables provided as well as a DVD player with HD up conversion. There is a cottage style dinette set for four in the living area, a patio table for four, as well as two barstools for more casual seating at the bar.
