Nice Condo but Pool Needs Alot of Attention
The condo was really nice and clean. The only compliant I have is with the swimming pool. It was dirty and I never saw any pool and maintenance guys cleaning the pool at all during our stay. You need to request that the pool be cleaned on a daily basis. On the condo I give you 4 stars, but on the pool I give you 2 stars.

Although ResortQuest manages condominiums with Sterling Shores Resort, we do not manage the association which maintains the pools, grounds, essentially all of the common areas. Sterling Shores room 415 this property has beautiful views a great lagoon pool and easy access to the beach. My family really enjoyed our vacation and we would definitely recommend this property.It is perfect for the whole family.

My husband and I were having our ten year wedding anniversary. We wanted to go to the beach, but didn't want to stay in a hotel. We wanted something nicer and a little more private. We remembered seeing Sterling Shores when we vacationed in Destin the previous year. I got online and started searching. I found ResortQuest. I couldn't believe the prices. It was not much more than the hotel room we had stayed in before. I was thrilled.
I was even more thrilled upon arrival. ResortQuest was awesome. Everyone was so helpful and nice. When we arrived at the property we were amazed. Everything was perfect.....The view from our condo was breath taking. The condo was so clean and pretty. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The pools were spectacular. The kitchen is fully equipped. We made dinner in one night and ate on the balcony which overlooks the pool and the ocean...It was very romantic. We had a great time there. Just what we were looking for.We felt like we were the only two people there. We will stay at Sterling Shores from now on. We are returning there this summer with our children. I can't wait to see the looks on their faces. It will be priceless. I recommend this property to everyone.... It is well worth every penny.....
