This three-bedroom unit was completely renovated in 2010-11 with new tile flooring in the kitchen, living/dining areas and bathrooms, plush carpets in the bedrooms, new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances, solid surface countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and fresh paint throughout. The owner's closet was relocated from the kitchen area, and the kitchen area was expanded. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with a built-in wine glass rack, toaster, toaster oven, and waffle iron. The Master Suite has its own private balcony and is complete with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and service for two. The Master Suite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, lighted make-up mirror, and digital scales. Unlike other three bedroom-units in the Summit, the louvered doors between the Master Bedroom Suite and the Master Bath has been replaced with a solid wall providing more privacy. The Guest Suite (second Master) has its own access to the main balcony and tub/shower combination in the bathroom plus a lighted make-up mirror. Both Masters have in-room safes. Special features include luggage racks in all three bedrooms, wall mounted hair dyers and lighted make-up mirrors in all three bathrooms, and a fax/copy machine in the Master Suite.
