This art deco one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condo sleeps four with ease. The colorful master bedroom comes with a welcoming king size bed and has access to a half bath. Both the living room and master bedroom have a television and DVD player for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to prepare a home cooked meal. The living room has comfortable seating for the entire family and for additional sleeping arrangements the sofa converts to a queen size bed.

We loved staying here. The pool was right outside the door, the ocean was close. The room was clean and comfortable. We are definitely coming back next year

Awesome condo
Best short vacation ever. Everything was so convenient, which was my main concern. Kids had a blast at the pool. The beach was very close. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. My only negative was that the beds were not as comfortable as I would have expected. We are definitely staying there next visit.

Greatest vacation in years!!!
We could not have experienced a better stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. The views were incredible. The food at the Endless Summer Grill was wonderful and very reasonably priced. Location was central to great shopping, activities, etc. Don't miss out on the kind of stay my family experienced.

"My family and I have stayed at Sundestin Resort 3 times.Once on a higher floor and twice in room 103.We love room 103.It was very well decorated and clean.It was nice to have the pool right outside the patio doors especially with children.We didn't have to drag beach toys up and down stairs all day.We didn't have the scenery but the convenience was well worth it
We stayed both in the fall and summer.It was great both times but the summer activities for the kids was wonderful.The Bar/restaurant has great food and reasonally priced.The store located in the lobby was also great if you needed or ran out of anything.The only problem we had was people throwing things off of the balconies above.It would also have been nice to have washers and dryers on every floor or room and free chair rental.Overall we like this resort very much and love staying on the first floor"

"I have been staying at this resort for the past 18 years. The past 8 years I always have stayed poolside. Unit 0103 meets all my requirements. Always clean, up to date appliances/electronics, nice furniture. The ResortQuest staff are always available and always provide service with a smile. I have not tried other locations because I want a guaranteed fun vacation, and I know this location provides that.
You will never regret staying at the SunDestin."
