We have stayed at Sundestin many many times the last four years. Always keep coming back. Would love it if the beach charis were furnished with the rental cost.

We attended the Florida State HOG rally this year in Destin and loved it, the condo was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed the entire week, this condo is located close to everything, they were very accommodating toward motorcycle's, which was very nice. We will hopefully attend next year's rally back in Destin and plan on staying in the same condo and hopefully the same room.

When I first checked in to the room, I found a very nice room, the outdoor pool was great, and the beach was nice. On my first day at the beach I had issues with the beach chair people not letting me put any of my small children's ( ages 2 & 3 ) beach chairs in front of the beach chairs that I had rented for the entire stay, so that I would be able to keep an eye on them. I was told I had to put the children's chairs behind the chairs that I had rented - that is a safety issue for me!!! I was also told that was a rule by the property owners. I will find a more child friendly place next time. The following day, I fire broke out 4 stories above my room and we were woken up to a man beating on our door to GET OUT !!! and our room filled with inches of water from the sprinker system.In the panic to get out
