This tastefully decorated condominium is located on the fourteenth floor and offers 716 feet of living space and a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit offers a large balcony that is accessible from the living room area with nice patio furniture for your comfort. The Master suite features carpet flooring and a full bath. There is a full kitchen that features nice countertops to compliment the breakfast bar, a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is a Queen sofa in the living for more sleeping accommodations. There are 2 TV's and DVD players.

Love this property - last time stayed in a larger corner unit - we will do that next time. This one bedroom, although nice, was dated - A/C unit on balcony so noisy! Had to replace all batteries in remotes, plus no DVD remote for den - needed some TLC. Grills are great, staff nice! We will return, but not to this unit.

Just in Time
We visited the Beach at a great time(2nd week in May). We have stayed at this property before in another larger unit. We had some minor maintenance problems on arrival which the mgmt handled promptly. The unit is a bit dated furnishing wise. The bed was not the most comfortable and the king size takes up most of the bedroom. The balcony has the central unit on the balcony so it can be noisy. Closet space was limited due to old TV's being stored in the unit. As we found out from our previous stay, the beach is wonderful here, umbrella attendants so helpful. and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. While we did not spend time at the pool it was also very inviting. Rates during the off season are also the best. We will go back to Sundestin, but probably not this unit.
