We have been booking thru Resortquest for many years. This was the only time we have had a horrible experience and was ready to come home, we actually checked out a day early. From the time we got there we had problems. The condo was not clean. There were sand and food particles all on the floor and we found dirty clothing made up in the bed, which meant the sheets weren't washed. We had maintance issues from the ice maker not working to the light in the bedroom not working. The front desk person was very rude to us when we asked for more towels. A family of four at the beach can't survive off 4 towels the entire stay. The front desk did give us a discount but when I save for vacation all year long a small discount isn't worth all the hassle we had with this vacation. We were so stressed we left a day early.

Relaxing
We spent a relaxing week at the Sundestin after a very busy Christmas. We had great weather and restaurants were plentiful. It was one of the best restful vacations my wife and i can remeber. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Our family of four (including two teenage sons) stayed in this unit for three nights and found it to be clean and comfortable. The view of the coast was beautiful and the noise from other Sundestin guests was minimal. Wonderful vacation! We will definitely be coming back!
