Unit was well furnished, attractive, comfortable, and competitively priced. We used the unit as a base camp while exploring the area, visiting open houses, wondering through neighborhoods, and generally investigating the surrounding area as a possible location for our planned winter home. For the purpose it was very satisfactory. As a destination resort, it was some what lacking. The food service on site was limited, the bar somewhat small, the parking very limited for our guests. But, again the unit was --- very pleasing and a good value.
