This non smoking unit sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico giving you a partial view of the coastline. Sundestin gives you a marvelous feeling of fun in the sun. This sanctuary will sleep up to four people comfortably. This inviting condo features one master bedroom with a king bed and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. From the living room step onto the balcony through a floor to ceiling sliding glass door that exit right out to the most breath-taking views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances needed to enjoy a meal together. This condo has carpet throughout, except the kitchen and bathrooms. This condominium has one and half bathrooms and sits on the 4th floor.

Great room
We loved everything in the room except the mattress on the pull out sofa. My girls ended up having to sleep on the couch itself instead of pulling it out to a queen size bed, the mattress was so thin that the metal and springs dug through. Other than that the room was super clean and cute. We could even see dolphins playing in the water off the beach. Love the private beach for guests also. The grill downstairs in the lobby was yummy, and my girls had fun in the arcade.

Spring Break 2012
This was the 6th time we have stayed at the SunDestin and loved it. This was our first time for this unit and found it to be just as nice as all the others we have stayed in. The staff was friendly the ammenities were great. We did notice the batteries were missing from the television remotes.

My family & I were surprisingly pleased, the price was so reasonable we were unsure of how "nice" the resort would be, it exceeded all of our expectations, it was amazing! The kitchen had every utensil that could've been needed as well as appliances (coffee pot, etc.) Our view (gulf front) was breath taking. The Endless Summer Grill had excellent food & was also reasonably priced. The bldg. itself was very clean & nice, the staff were friendly & ready to be of service. We will certainly stay at this resort the next time we visit Destin, it truely was a perfect experience, & coming back to your "room" each evening/night that felt more like coming "home" instead of a rented condo only topped off our overall experience. We highly recommend this resort!!

Vacation in Destin
We spent a week in February 2008 exploring the Emerald Coasdts of Fort Walton Beach and Destin Florida. We loved our stay at Sundestin. It was more that we had expected. I was pleasantly suprised by the size and quality of this property. We had a full kitchen, livingroom, one bedroom and bathroom. Our stay was fantastic. It was a little chilly that time of year so we enjoyed the indoor heated pool.
