Gorgeous views from this sixteenth floor gulf front unit with balcony access from both the living room and the master bedroom. The wonderfully home-like atmosphere allows you to relax in comfort. The living room has a comfortable sofa to watch your favorite television programs or enjoy a movie on DVD. The master bedroom offers a King bed, television with DVD player, and full attached bath. The second bedroom also has a television and DVD player with sleeping arrangements to include a full bed and a twin bed. A Queen sofa-sleeper in the living room allows for two additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes beautiful granite counter tops, a full sized refrigerator, stove top oven, microwave and dishwasher. Additional small appliances include a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Dining arrangements are casual with a dining room table that will seat six people. This unit is tiled throughout with an area rug in the living area. All basic cookware, utensils, and dinnerware are also provided.
