The kitchen has new appliances... smooth top electric range, over-the-range microwave, super-quite dishwasher, water filters on the sink and ice maker, deep well sink, lots of work space on the new granite counter tops, upgraded small appliances and lots of extras that you won't find in other units. No need to use the community laundry room, this unit features a full size washer/dryer. The bedroom is also gulf front, enabling you to listen to the surf day or night. A plush and comfy king bed is the highlight of the large master bedroom with tasteful beach decor, reading chair, flat panel HDTV and DVD player. A spacious bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or living area. The unit has tile floors in the main living areas with the bedroom carpeted.
