This unit has a casual Floridian feel with terrific gulf views and is located on the ground floor so you can also enjoy the grassy area directly in front of the unit's patio. The kitchen features large counter tops and complete house wares to make your favorite beach meals. The living room has casual comfortable furniture with carpeted floors, a TV with DVD/VHS, and a queen sofa sleeper. There is a dining table for six and two bar stools for additional seating at the counter. The master bedroom has a beach cottage feel with a king bed, a TV with a DVD/VHS and carpeted floor. The guest bedroom has two beach style twin beds and carpeted floor. With all of this you are sure to enjoy this Beach House getaway!

Our stay in A102 was wonderful! Looks just like the pictures - updated, very clean, well maintained. Beds were comfy; kitchen well equipped; quiet and serene. Walked right out the patio doors, down a short flight of stairs, and were on the beach! Beautiful view! Pool clean and close by. We will be back!

Wonderful Condo
This condo appears to have been recently updated with new flatscreens in every room - new appliances (except dishwasher). Comfortable beds. It is away from the noise of the pool area which is great. Convenient beach access. Would request this unit again.

We have stayed twice at this property, we love it and look forward to returning, i have shared this property with several friends and my father even stayed in one of the units along with us in july 2008.

Great location - great view
The overall quality of the establishment was good. The location was good and the view was excellent. I liked being able to walk right out onto the beach. However, our unit needed a remodel. The furniture and decor was very dated. Also, the stipple continuously fell from the ceiling, which made a mess.
