great beach front location
We had a great experience with this unit. The location of the Beach House is so close to the water and with the addition of complimentary beach chairs and umbrella - it was the perfect way to spend the day by the ocean on Spring Break. The unit was close to the elevator - and not too far from the stairs. There were carts for getting your luggage to your unit which was nice. The grocery store,Starbucks and Outlet Mall were 2 min away.
The unit itself was nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was dated but fine since we were not cooking much - it could definitely use a cutting board and a few other kitchen accessories. The hot water heater is small and we had to stagger showers. I don't know how the pool is because we didn't use it.

You can not be any closer to the water and the sand without being in a boat. Fantastic view and very comfortable living. Close to all the shopping but most importantly it is The Beach House directly on the beach. I cannot say much more.

The Beach House is wonderful and the view from the balcony of the huge beach is just outstanding. 501A was very pleasantly and comfortably decorated with a beach cottage atmosphere. It was so convienient next to the elevator because it has the great view and walk out convienance to the beach. The new washer/dryer is so nice. Destin is a great vacation resort and The Beach House is in the middle of it all. Oh the outlet mall is just acroos US 98.

THIS WAS OUR FIRST STAY AT BEACH HOUSE. IT WAS GREAT. WE DID MISS CEILING FANS AND WASHER/DRYER THAT WE ARE USED TO WHEN WE STAY IN DESTIN. WE USUALLY STAY SEVERAL MONTHS AT TOPS'L (BEACH MANOR AND SUMMIT) BUT THIS VACATION WAS SPUR OF THE MOMENT AND TOPS'L WAS FULL. WE HAVE STAYED WINTER MONTHS IN DESTIN FOR OVER 10 YEARS. TOPS'L, EDGEWATER, AND SURFSIDE. WE PICKED BEACH HOUSE BECAUSE WE LIKE BEING ON THE WATER AND WALKING DISTANCE TO GROCERY, RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH. THANK YOU.
