This beautiful unit has a contemporary elegant feel and fabulous views from a private 4th floor balcony. You will find everything you need to make a great family meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Unit upgrades include new light wood cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen and baths with spice colored accent walls. There is plenty of seating in this unit with a comfortable sofa and three nice chairs. The high cafe style dining table seats six and both the living and dining area are nicely tiled.
