This beautiful unit has a luxurious feel and a wonderful Gulf view from the second floor balcony that you can enjoy from the comfortable patio furniture. The newly renovated kitchen features warm wood cabinets and granite counter tops and is fully equipped with everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room features upscale contemporary furnishings with custom tile flooring and a nice area rug and opens out onto the Gulf front balcony. The dining table seats four and additional seating for two is available at the bar. The master bedroom furnishings have just been replaced with a lovely dark hardwood set featuring a king bed, custom bedding, and carpeted floor. The guest bedroom has both a twin and queen bed and is also all new furniture with custom bedding, matching valance and carpeted floor. Each of the bathrooms offer a tub/shower combo, upgraded lighting, and nicely tiled floors. All the bedrooms and living room have flat panel televisions and DVD players and there is a CD stereo system for your entertainment.
