This lovely light beach cottage inspired unit has a cozy feel and a wonderful Gulf and perfect pool view from the second floor balcony. The kitchen is beautifully renovated with upgraded counter tops, upgraded white cabinetry, flat top stove, wine rack, and every thing you need to make a full family meal. Living room features include cozy blue microfiber sofa and loveseat, a great contemporary blue and yellow color scheme, nice Wainscot on the walls with chair rail, a dining table for six, extra seating at the breakfast bar, nice cottage style furnishings, and access to the Gulf side balcony. The master bedroom has a comfortable cottage style, with a large king bed, custom bedding, and carpeted floor. The guest bedroom has a happy decor, with two nice twin beds, designer bedding, and carpeted floor. Each of the bathrooms has a tub/shower combo, upgraded cabinetry, and tile floors. All the bedrooms and living room have flat screen or flat panel televisions and DVD players as well as a CD stereo system for your entertainment.
