You will have a non-smoking 1,220 sq ft two bedroom two full bathroom deluxe condominium. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, built in microwave, toaster, blender and all the dishes needed. Living and dining area, spacious private Gulf facing balcony accessed from the living room and master bedroom. This newly renovated condo offers stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen, beautiful tile floors with area carpets throughout and brand new flat panel TVs. The bedding will consist of a king size bed in the master suite, two queen beds in the second bedroom and a queen sized convertible sofa sleeper in the living room. For your convenience, you will have a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in the unit! Grab your swim suit and sun glasses and head to the beach!!
