This ground floor townhome ground floor unit has easy access to the tennis courts and views of courts #4 and #8. Heading inside you will find a contemporary living room with a queen size sofa sleeper. The wide living area and the dining area are both adjacent to the patio. Cook breakfast, lunch or dinner at the fully equipped kitchen in this unit. Complete with plates, spoons, forks, all you need to cook a meal away from home. Heading to the bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bathroom with a garden tub and double sinks. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the second bathroom is accessed from the hall way. This non-smoking unit has a covered carport and is 450 yards from the beach.
