This comfortable, beach-themed 1,406 square foot courtside villa has 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Trundle, 1 Queen Sofa Bed and sleeps 8. With 4 TVs, 4 DVDs, and CD stereo system with IPod Docking station, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. The kitchen in this villa was renovated in 2007 complete with solid surface quartz countertops and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, tile flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs, wall-mounted 37" LCD HDTVs in Living Room and Master Suite, lower patio and upper balcony overlooking tennis courts, full-size washer/dryer and covered carport. Master Suite has private balcony, double-sink vanity in bathroom, walk-in closet, and bonus room with trundle is great for young kids or small adults. Guest Suite has private east-facing balcony (no view) which is great for reading a good book and getting some sun.
