This ground floor, Florida styled d?cor vacation getaway is located at Leeward Key and although it is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, it features breathtaking views of the Gulf and tropical landscaping from the balcony and the living room. If you wish to step on to the patio, just stroll through the living room. Tile flooring is featured in the living room, dining area, kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with a jacuzzi tub and is carpeted under the King size bed. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway close to the kitchen and second bedroom, with access from the second bedroom or the hallway. Other unique features included in the rental unit are: full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and utensils, so cooking any type of meal is easy. The rectangle solid glass table has seating for up to six people for any game playing or dining; and an additional two stools at the bar. For nighttime entertainment, just turn the flat screen TV in the living room or in any bedroom and pop in a DVD in one of the three DVD players. You don't have to go out and rent a movie; just down to the lobby and use the DVD kiosk to rent free movies on us or use the CD stereo player if music is what you wish. All units come complete with linens and this unit also has the additional benefit of a stackable washer /dryer.
