Beautiful view-great vacation
My kids and I stay in this unit 709 which has direct view to gulf Mexico. The ocean view is beautiful. The unit is very upscale, leather sofa, well decorated living room and master bed room. We enjoyed walking on the sandy white beach. The kids also love the game room in the lobby. We plan to come back next year.

Worst experience in a condo in my life
We have stayed here before in another unit that was nice and clean.
This unit was dirty. The carpet was filthy. We had to wash the
dishes under the counter because of the dirt in the cabinets and
the dish drainer was too dirty to use. The worse thing was that
there was mold on the inside and outside of the vents. The cover
over where the filter was was covered in dust . I had asked the
desk clerk about it and the handy man was standing there and said
he just cleaned it, which was a lie because I have pictures. There
was something wrong with the commode which he had to work on
several times. If you were in the shower and someone in another
unit turned theirs on the water got cold.
Between the mold and dust I had to go to the doctor when I got
home because I had a sinsus infection, and get medicine which I
had to pay for. In my opinion the unit should not be rented out
until it is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. I also went out to the
laundry to wash clothes and the light was out. The office was
closed for Thanksgiving so I had to use a cigerate lighter in order to
see. I would never stay in this unit again.
