This wonderfully private townhome rests along a tree lined path by the Sandestin Golf Course accentuated beautifully by flowering azaleas and tropical plants all along the side and patio at the back of the home. The living area has very nice upscale Mexican style tile, new sofa and loveseat, new flat screen TV, a DVD player, a dinig table for six, and access to the patio with additional seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to make a fabulous family meal as well as full sized appliances. The master bedroom has a casual Floridian feel, a king sized bed, comfortable bedding, a full master bathroom with separate bath and shower, and double sinks at the vanity. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, contemporary decor and furnishings, a TV and a DVD player. The third bedroom is perfect for the children featuring bunk beds, a double bed, a TV and a DVD player.
