This third floor Westwinds beauty was completely remodeled in 2010. The unit has upscale furnishings and fabulous Gulf front views from the family room, balcony and each bedroom. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper and a 40" flat panel television with a DVD player. There is also an XBox game system with two wireless controllers. The remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and everything you need to prepare a complete gourmet meal. The dining area has seating for 4 and additional seating at the kitchen counter. There is a new full size washer and dryer in the laundry area adjoining the kitchen. There are two master suites each with king size beds, ceiling fans, flat panel televisions with DVD players and private baths with travertine tile, granite countertops and custom cabinets.
