This lovely unit was recently redecorated with beautiful, brand new furnishings in the living area, guest bedroom and patio, along with new bedding in the master and guest bedrooms. The kitchen has also been completely redone featuring brand new cabinets, appliances, granite countertops and tile flooring. It has a comfortable, upscale beach theme with spectacular gulf-front views from a private balcony. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, two comfortable chairs, 40" flat panel TV, DVD player and beveled mirror wall which adds to the spacious feel of the unit. Special features include a full-size washer/dryer, tile throughout with brand new carpeting in the bedroom, ceiling fans in each room, crown molding and "security-enabled wireless Internet access" (which is an advantage over the unsecured wireless Internet access available from The Beach House itself). The master bedroom has a very nice coastal cottage theme with a king bed, 32" flat panel TV and DVD player. The guest bedroom has a crisp clean nautical feel with two double beds, 32" flat panel TV and DVD player. Both of the bathrooms have been renovated and are nicely appointed. There is also a CD/AM/FM stereo system with IPod Docking Station and remote for listening to your favorite music while enjoying the relaxing beach atmosphere!
