This lovely beach house has a light and airy feel. You will find it just steps away from the beach. It has a great patio to sit and relax along the front of the house as well as a private pool and large pool deck at the back of the house. The living area features a new red microfiber sofa and loveseat, two large light brown microfiber chairs, new glass top tables, and modern styled area rugs. The kitchen has a great look out window over the sink as well as a side door for lots of light. The full complement of house wares has been provided for meal preparation. The dining table seats six and there are two barstools for plenty of seating. For the little one, there is even a high chair in the dining area. There is a bedroom with a nice queen bed, new warm floral bedding, and windows on two sides for plenty of natural light. Next to the queen bedroom, you will find a full bathroom, a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and access through the back door to the pool deck. Upstairs you will find a lovely master bedroom with a large king bed, cozy bedding, separate 2nd floor balcony access, and a private master bathroom. The upstairs guest bedroom offers two twin beds, fun plaid bedding, and separate access to the 2nd floor balcony. The third bathroom is situated right next to the upstairs guest bedroom and features a shower/tub combo, perfect for the kids! Come and enjoy the pool, the sun, and fun at your own beach house just steps away from the white sands and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico!
