Emerald Shores Beach Dreams is a three bedroom home tucked away in a private gated community just two streets down the street from the beach. The house displays an upgraded designer feel with contemporary furnishings and beautiful jewel tone accents. The living room has a sofa, a loveseat, a large wall mounted flat screen TV, a DVD, player, CD stereo system, and access to the screened in porch. The kitchen has an upgraded stainless steel stove and everything you need for a home cooked meal. Enjoy meals at the high caf? style dining table for eight or from the breakfast bar with three leather barstools. The master bedroom is contemporary elegant in design with a queen bed, designer bedding, a flat screen TV, designer lighting, and access to a private bathroom complete with upgraded dual sink vanity, and a shower/tub combo. The next guest bedroom can serve as a second master bedroom with a platform queen bed, designer bedding, and access to the Jack-n- Jill bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds, access on the other side to the Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a seat in shower between two separate vanities, a TV, and a DVD player. The bonus room has a fun coastal living design that the kids will adore featuring a great daybed with a twin trundle underneath. There is a private enclosed back patio with a built in charcoal grill, patio seating and table, as well as a lounger to soak in the sun! You will love the convenience of the full size washer and dryer during your stay. Just a short walk away, you will find the seasonally heated community pool to the North or the beach access just to the South.
