This house offers upscale living at its finest in one of the most prestigious gated communities in the Heart of Destin! "A Perfect Pearl" features 7 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms accommodating up to 26 guests! As you sit on the porch, you can enjoy the ambiance of the fountain in the beautiful lake by the back of this beautiful home. There is a convenient boardwalk next to the house that leads to the community pool and the over 675 feet of private beach access. The house is a cut above offering upscale furnishings, a private hot tub, a home gym, a bar area, decks/balconies off of each of the three floors. The kitchen is been beautifully upgraded to include granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a gas cook top stove. The living room has elegant contemporary furnishings, a large flat screen TV, an X Box video game system with Kinect, and access to the balcony overlooking the lake. There is a high end dining table that seats 10 as well as 6 barstools for plenty of seating. You will find the master bedroom to be both cozy and elegant with a high end mattress, designer bedding, and a private entry to a third floor balcony with a peak of the Gulf. There are two bunk rooms for the kids with flat screen TV's and DVD players. There are three king bedrooms and one Queen bedroom with 42" flat screens and DVD's as well as for plenty of room for guests! The gym includes an elliptical, a treadmill, and a stationary bike. You will also enjoy a high-end washer and dryer off of the kitchen. This fabulous house is also Pet-Friendly; 20 pound dog only limit please. Although there is a garage, it is reserved for use by the Owner only. The drive way will accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Two set up's of beach service are also included for your convenience.
