You will love the tranquility of the quiet tropical backyard with cobblestones and lush tropical plants and palms with patio seating and a private propane grill. The living area offers a soft micro suede sectional sofa, a cozy chair, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a CD stereo system. The dining room features a very nice caf? height dining table for six as well as three barstools for casual dining at the bar. You will find the kitchen is fully equipped with the full complement of house wares and full size stainless steel appliances. There is also a separate laundry room adjoining the kitchen with a full size front load washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a beautiful large king bed, designer bedding, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, and access to the private master bathroom. The master bathroom offers dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. One of the guest bedrooms features a queen bed, white and navy bedding, nautical accents, and a flat screen TV. The other guest bedroom also offers an upscale black queen bed, fabulous black and white bedding, teal accented decor, and a flat screen TV. This home is non-smoking. It is a great plus for pet owners allowing dogs less than 40 pounds with a pet fee. The driveway will accommodate 4-5 vehicles. The public beach access is just a few blocks from this incredible home. This house is close to shopping, dining, family activities, beach activities, golfing venues, fishing, and boating. Key Lime Pie is sure to be your fast favorite beach location to the Emerald Coast in Destin!
