This gorgeous home has all the finest upgrades as well as 5,814 square feet of luxury living space and three floors of private covered balconies with Gulf views. The house has been professionally decorated with an elegant contemporary decor and is designed with entertaining in mind. There is a private elevator to give you easy access to each of the three stories of Crystal Palace. The private pool has a hot tub as well as an outdoor kitchen, a propane grill, and a large outdoor flat screen TV. On the ground floor, you will find the living room which is both comfortable and elegant and offers a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, access to the ground floor patio, a dining table for ten, and barstools for plenty of seating. The kitchen is also on the ground floor and includes all the housewares needed for meal preparation, full size high end appliances, gorgeous granite counters, fine cabinetry, and access to the laundry room. There is a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom room with two built in twin over queen bunk beds both with private bathrooms on the ground floor. The second floor offers a king bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with two queen beds, and a bunk bedroom with one twin over twin bunk, and two twin over full bunk beds; each bedroom with private bathrooms. On the third floor, there are two king bedrooms with private bathrooms. You will also surely enjoy the third floor pool table room as well as a separate media room with a sectional leather sofa, a wet bar, a large flat screen TV, and breathtaking views of the Gulf and beach from the balcony. Additionally, the carriage house offers a queen bedroom, a bunk bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, two bathrooms, and a private kitchen.
