This house is conveniently located to all amenities and the beach within the hidden gem of Destin Pointe! Just a short stroll from the beach, a lovely lake view, limited gulf views from some of the many open furnished porches on the 2nd and 3rd floor are just a few of the many reasons why people stay at Paradise Found!
The first floor of the home consists of a double car garage, available for guest use, with access to the nice, fenced backyard, and both front and rear staircases to access the 2nd floor main living area.
The 2nd floor features a large open floor plan with open, furnished porches on both south and north sides of the home. There is a 1/2 bath located right off the foyer, in the hall leading to the main gathering place for a large family! The large open living room has lots of windows, French doors which open onto the furnished porch, sofa sleeper for additional guests, large flat screen TV, and a beautiful fireplace that operates with a flip of a switch. The dining area has table which seats 6, with additional dining space for 5 at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless appliances. There is a full size washer and dryer in a nice sized laundry room right off of the kitchen, also with private exit/entrance to the open porch.
The 3rd floor has a sitting area with twin sofa sleeper and small television with access to the open furnished porch. You'll also find the master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV and a sunroom with fireplace and sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a private master bathroom featuring double vanities, walk in shower, and a large garden tub. To finish off the third floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms and a full, hall bath. One guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other guest bedroom has a queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have a small television along with closet space.
The home does include beach service (1 umbrella & 2 chairs) for the duration of your stay. FREE secure wifi along with wireless printer also provided for your use!
