This ground floor condominium features a nice neutral coastal decor with nice beach art and blue and white accents. The unit has convenient access to the beach boardwalk off the back patio facing the Gulf. The living room offers a rattan sofa, a rattan chair and ottoman, and nicely tiled floors. There is a round glass top dining table with three chairs and two barstools for ample seating. The master bedroom has a king bed and a cool beach theme. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy green bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. The kitchen has wood cabinets, the full complement of house wares, and full size appliances for meal preparation. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also.
