"Dolce Vita" is situated in the beautiful new Sandestin subdivision of Villa Lago, where you will find newly-built homes that have a Mediterranean look, which share a fabulous community pool and sundeck. This home has no detail left undone and has a contemporary/upscale look, Pottery Barn furnishings, fine tile and wood flooring, and carpet in each bedroom. Looking out from the ground floor patio, you will find a lovely canal front view with patio seating and a private gas grill. This wonderful home is equipped with flat screen TVs and DVD players throughout to enjoy free DVD rentals from our check in office! The living room is both elegant and cozy and offers: a large sofa, two occasional chairs, and fine18" tile with an area rug. The kitchen has gorgeous granite counters, high-end appliances, and all the housewares you will need to make a home-cooked meal. The dining table seats six and there are barstools at the breakfast bar that provides additional seating. You will find the master bedroom to have a large king bed, designer bedding, and access to the master bathroom. The master bathroom features a custom tiled shower, as well as dual vanity sinks. The remaining bedrooms offer a queen-size bed, a full-size bed, and two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. A special treat included in this home is the media area on the second floor, which includes a cozy denim queen sleeper sofa, a 50-inch flat screen TV, an Xbox with Kinect, (Bring your games!). For your convenience, you will have access to a private washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. This fine home also features complimentary Wi-Fi in the home as well as complimentary local phone service. The one car garage is occupied by two bicycles and complimentary beach chairs, Dolce Vita in Villa Lago will surely become your favorite vacation destination!
