This well appointed top floor vacation rental getaway is located at Leeward Key. It is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, it features breathtaking views of the Gulf and tropical landscaping from the balcony and the living room. To access the gulf front balcony, you just take a stroll through the living room. Tile flooring is featured in the living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with a jacuzzi tub. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway close to the kitchen and second bedroom with access from the second bedroom or the hallway. Other unique features included in the rental unit are: corian countertops, double-door refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and utensils, so cooking of any type meal is easy. The round solid wood table has seating for up to six people for game playing or dining and also has an additional three chairs at the bar. For nighttime entertainment; just turn on one of three flat screen TV's or pop a DVD in one of the three DVD players. You don't have to go out and rent a movie; just down to the lobby and use the DVD kiosk to rent free movies on us. This unit also has the additional benefit of a stackable washer /dryer.
