This wonderfully upgraded Mainsail unit has a new contemporary flair and a gorgeous coastline view from a private sixth floor balcony. The living area has new striped sofa, a matching loveseat, two black accent chairs, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, mirrored walls, nicely tiled floors, and a beautiful black and white scrollwork area rug. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, upgraded full size appliances, and a washer and dryer tucked away in a closet. The master bedroom has a beachy blue and white feel with shell d?cor, a TV, a DVD, and carpeted floors. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, shiny bedding, pine furniture, a TV, and a DVD player. The balcony is located just off of both the living room and the master bedroom for incredible sights of the sparkling blue/green waters. There is a dining table for six, three barstools, and patio furniture for plenty of seating. This wonderful condominium is sure to be you next favorite beach getaway!
