This flawless four bedroom house offers wonderful coastline views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balconies off the 2nd and 3rd floor. The first floor has the Master Suite with a king sized bed, television, seating area, and a private master bath. The kids will love the layout of the 2nd bedroom, which is decorated with a light house theme; this room has a queen bed and trundle bed. Also, located on the 1st floor is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. On the second floor you will find the astonishing open living/dining room which is very spacious. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone and the dining room table has seating for up to six with additional seating at the bar. The home has tile in the living room, kitchen, and dining room and carpet in the bedrooms. The 2nd floor features a full bathroom off the hallway and a queen bedroom. The third floor offers a bedroom with a queen bed, half bath, and a balcony. Special features include free internet, TV's & DVD's in each bedroom, and a CD stereo.
