This beautiful home is located in located in the exclusive Dunes of Destin, a single home development in the heart of Destin Beach with privacy gate admittance for security purposes. The Beach Hive has three stories and is just steps away from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You will love the upscale style of this fine home. The main level is the 2nd floor where you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, and one bedroom. The living room features upscale tile flooring, and a dining table for six, four barstools, fine furnishings, as well as access to the 2nd floor balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with upscale stainless full size appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to make a fine home cooked meal. You will find a full master bedroom with a king bed, cozy bedding, and access to a large master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. The second master bedroom is on the 3rd floor and includes a king bed, designer bedding, access to the master balcony with a peak of the gulf waters, as well as a full master bathroom with dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. The third floor also features two bedrooms each with two twin beds with designer bedding as well as a multi-purpose media/TV room with a queen sofa sleeper. There is an additional shared bathroom on the third floor with a jetted tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. On the ground floor, you will also have the use of a large bedroom with two twin beds, another large bedroom with a king bed, a shared bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo, and a great fitness room with a treadmill, an elliptical, a pull up bar, and a TV. For your convenience, you may also use the gas grill and the front load washer and dryer. There are TV's and DVD players in each bedroom as well as a large flat screen TV and a DVD player in the living room. You will also have access to the Dunes of Destin gated community pool which is seasonally heated and features a coded security access. With a peek view of the gulf from this beautiful house; The Beach Hive features all the extras anyone would expect to find in a fine luxury home. The Beach Hive includes separate air condition units per floor, a front balcony off the living area with seating and a back deck area offering both gas and charcoal grills. A basketball goal and a fitness room are located on the ground floor for your convenience. You will also find a separate Mother-In-Law breakfast area, equipped with a coffee maker, icemaker, small refrigerator and sink, adjacent to the bedroom and bathroom area for added privacy.
