Nice condo but definitely needs updating !
Update TV's and DVD players. Living room DVD player would not work nor the tv control for that room( even changed batteries). Son was unable to play PS3, because of the age of the TV's. WiFI was not working. Ceiling Fan was very loud in front bedroom. Not enough glassware or silverware for 6 people.

October weekend stay
We very much enjoyed our weekend on the beach and unit 704 is nice, however there were a few things this condo lacked. A few of the items we felt should have been provided were paper towels or napkins, coffee filters, and a hair dryer. Waking up in the morning and needing to go buy coffee filters was disappointing, as well as discovering there wasn't a hair dryer in either bathroom. The condo itself was clean and the view is spectacular though so it's worth staying there, just bring your own supplies. The beach chair attendant was also very rude but that's no fault of Resort Quest.

Beautiful place.
Great place to relax and celebrate life. Awesome view ! Great hot tub. Plenty of room in condo. Bunk beds are roomy & fun. King bed super. Needs new hide-a-bed mattress (awful !), but sleeps okay with cushions as a single. Needs new toaster & will need new coffee maker soon. Needs dryer lint trap replaced....it kept falling out. Layout of bathrooms, tub room is great idea. Could use a lounge chair on the balcony (but would have to be a skinny one!). Nice beachy decorations....love the octopus cookie jar !! DVD player had a problem....not sure what , wasn't playing correctly. The DVD was okay if played on my laptop , just not good sound and we wished for a bigger picture. Needs a good corkscrew ! needs more teaspoons , had plenty of big ones and other flatwear. It would have been nice to have more places to hang towels and robes (i brought my over the door hangar for some). Really appreciated the staff help in making reservation and in getting us checked in early. Like the combination lock on the door. So much easier than keeping up with keys. Great pix online. Staff on sight very helpful & friendly.

Once again, a fantastic stay at the Island Princess!
We has 2 glitches: (1) the kitchen faucet repeatedly dislodged, spraying the walls [and ourselves] with "wild" water (2) when my husband grasped the handle on the sliding door to the balcony,it split. As an aside several tiles in the 2nd bath & kitchen were scratched on our check-in.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was very nice and had everything we needed in the kitchen that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the paint colors in the rooms!
