This beautiful, second floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this light and cozy beach inspired vacation rental unit include granite countertops, a newly renovated kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Both bathrooms have tubs and include new granite vanities, light fixtures and cabinets. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player, and VCR. The two bedrooms have TVs with VCRs and the master bedroom has a CD stereo system. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
