Condo Features: This beautiful Gulf front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. In the family oriented dining area, there is a glass dining table that will seat 6. There is a TV and DVD in each bedroom and living room. Other features in this vacation rental include a full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cook-top stove and oven, large pantry and have all of the utensils you need to cook and prepare a hearty meal.

Great Vacation
The place was great. It was clean and comfortable and everything we expected and more. My youngest daughter enjoyed having her very own" bedroom (twin bed room at entrance of condo). I'm hoping to reserve the same condo this year in July."

Sweet Summer!
My husband and I stayed at the Summer Place while we visited our son who was graduating at Eglin AFB. The condo was splendid and had every accomodation to make our stay awesome. We had beach service and spent long days relaxing and playing on the beach. I have rarely enjoyed a vacation as much. The Okaloosa Island is a great place to hang out. I would return in a heartbeat. Shhhh. . . . I think I hear the waves calling me back. See ya!!!!

The decor and atmosphere of the condoI'm not easily impressed. This place is gorgeous and makes you feel like you are on vacation. You will really hate it when it is time to go back home. It's that great!!!

A convenient treat!
Unit was nicely decorate in calming decor, right on the beach, and REALLY close to the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. I liked being able to walk everywhere I wanted to go! Property was well-maintained - nicer than I expected.
Rowdy bunch at the pool.

Fabulous Accomodations
Our stay at the Summer Place Condos was fabulous starting with the courtesy of the check in staff. The condominium #607 was pristine and beautifully appointed. It was evident fromt the start that the owners took great pride in their home. We were priveleged to call it our home" for the week we stayed. The view out on the beach was lovely
