This beautiful Gulf front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. In the family oriented dining area, there is a dining table that will seat 6 and there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. Other features in vacation rental include a full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cook-top stove and oven and you will have all of the utensils you need to cook and prepare a hearty meal.

Unit was adequate. CAUTION: we had 8 staying with use as units states can sleep 8. Sofa Sleeper unacceptable- thin matress- bar running thru middle bed. Two guests had to sleep on floor- quite embarrassing for me- the one who invited them AND made reservation!!

My family and I stayed at Summer Place during the summer of 2008. Everything about Summer Place was incredible. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The room was beautiful and RIGHT on the beach. The sand was a blinding white and the ocean was a perfectly clear blue / green. Amazing place would love to stay again.

We have been staying at Summer Place for the last 4 years prior to that we stayed in Destin. Summer Place is a lovely comdominium that is very convenient to all the shopping malls and outlet stores and all the restraurants in either direction of I98. The views are beautiful, the beach clean. I like the pool and hot tub but the best are the units we have stayed in. We have stayed in two different units and both of them were wonderfully decorated with comfortable furnishings. While you are there you will feel yourself relaxing and enjoying the experience each day. All the rooms have their own TV most have stereos. Everyone has their own bath access off of their room so their is loads of privacy for couples traveling together. Of course we live on the balconey for the most part. A great way to enjoy your coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening.

Perfect vacation
The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We had all the ameneties we needed for a family Thanksgiving week. The view is perfect of the gorgeous Fort Walton Beach. We stay at Summer Place each time we visit Fort Walton.
