This marvelous unit at the Waters Edge feature marble granite kitchen countertops with entire set of appliances that you will need from plates and cups to coffee maker and blender. This condominium features one master bedroom with a king bed an a exit door to the balcony just for your room the second bedroom has two twin beds in there and the living room offers ceiling to floor door that exit right out to the balcony also and there is a set of bunk beds in the hallway flushed into the wall. There are tile floors through out the unit and also in the bedrooms. This glamorous home away from home has two full bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. You have accommodations for up to six people.

Renter Beware of Waters Edge Unit 311
Our family loves Waters Edge, but this particular unit was awful. The floors were beyond filthy. When my son pulled the covers back on his bed there were opened food packages left there, as well as under the bed. The bed linens were absolutely awful and all needs to be replaced, the drawer on the stove was torn up. The patio furniture was broken. The screen door was in shreds, the bunk room was hot ALL the time(never got cool), the rugs smelled awful, there were some kind of black bugs in the kitchen. There were only 2 kitchen towels, no extra toliet tissue and to top it off there were pubic hairs in the sink in the master bath. My family recommends a complete deep cleaning and repair and then all new stuff. Deeply disappointed in this unit.

The Condo was exactly as the brochure described - absolutely beautiful. On the last day of our stay the ice machine went out. Our only complaint was the Beds - the mattress in both bedrooms as well as the sofa bed need to be replaced. Bring soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. We would definitely return to Water's Edge.

A weekend at the Beach
We had a relaxing extended weekend stay at the Waters Edge. The view and beautiful beach were wonderful. The only problem we had was that we were unable to use the balcony b/c they were painting the exterior of the condo. Other than that a great time was had by all, and the beach is not crowded in the fall.
