This beautiful vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in the living room leading you to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and a view of the bay. This airy and light vacation rental has 2 spacious bedrooms with a family oriented dining area with a table that will seat 4 and 3 more stools at the kitchen bar. There are is a TV in the living room and in the master along with DVD players and a CD stereo system in the living area. The lightly yellow colored walls compliment the furniture and d?cor in the master bedroom.

This was a lovely condo, clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need-except the dishwasher didn't work. I reported the problem while we stayed there, but I didn't make a big fuss of it then because I didn't want to deal with a repairman on our vacation. Other than that it was great. The staff we came across were friendly. We had no problems with the pool security like some others have mentioned on tripadvisor. We had a person in a wheelchair and had no problem with access to the pool area or any other amenities. There is a public park across the road that will loan beach wheelchairs free. Location was great-very close to local attractions and Destin. I loved our view of the bay, especially the sailboats that passed by frequently. (This was my entertainment while I hand washed the dishes.)
My children loved the lazy river and pool area. They also enjoyed the sky bridge to the beach side. The beach was nice and clean and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the beachside resort had an outdoor movie night for the kids on Saturday evening after sunset.
Overall, this is a very nice place to stay, especially with children. We would stay here again.
One word of caution-beware the insane drivers on route 98.

Destin West is a beautiful property with several unique amenities so it's great to hear you took advantage of those! I'm not sure if we can find a solution to the crazy drivers but we hope that means people are just enjoying their vacation and don't want to waste a minute of it! We hope you get the chance to visit with us again soon, and upon your arrival we could definitely recommend some local hidden favorites!
