This beautiful, third floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom is on the Gulf side with doors leading to the balcony. Other features of this upgraded, exquisitely decorated vacation rental unit include an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, cabinets and fixtures, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The kitchen also has custom stained glass cabinets with a matching kitchen wall. The entire unit has hardwood floors with the exception of tile in the bathrooms. All three bathrooms have upgraded fixtures, cabinets and d?cor with marble and stone accents. The master bathroom is upgraded with tiled Jacuzzi tub and a separate, large walk in shower. The living room has leather couches with a large flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD stereo system with surround sound. The master bedroom has a TV and a DVD player. The second and third bedrooms have a TV and a DVD player with the third bedroom having a VCR as well. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
