This beautiful, ground floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private patio that leads directly to the pool, parking area, shuffleboard court and beach. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a partial view of the Gulf from the windows as well. A foyer contains a standing Maltese cross which disappeared after Hurricane Ivan, only to return months later by Tropical Storm Arlene. Renovated in 2005, other features of this wonderfully decorated, comfortable vacation rental unit include upgraded granite countertops, cabinets and appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Floral designed living room furniture match the fabric on the two dining chairs. The patio doors are made private by custom made sliding drapery. The dining area is highlighted by a numbered 35 X 55 inch print of the painting "Portofino" by Laurie Regan Chase. The two bathrooms include marble vanities and new light fixtures and cabinets. The master bath has a marble lined walk in shower while the second bath has a marble shower enclosed tub. The living room has a Flat screen LTV TV, DVD player, VCR and a stereo system. The two bedrooms both have LCD flat screen TVs with DVD players. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
