This newly decorated, newly renovated condominium has special touches throughout that make the rooms better than home. The balcony has attractive and comfortable furniture so you can sit, relax, enjoy the spectacular view of the gulf and maybe even see the dolphins swimming by! The kitchen is beautifully decorated and arranged for a pleasant meal preparation. It is open to the living area with granite tops, glass tile backsplash, new refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Toaster, blender, coffee maker, mixer, full set of dishes and silverware, cookware, serving pieces and food preparation items are included. Three new flat screen HD TVs- 42" in living area, 20" in twin BR and 37" in master bedroom have built in DVD players. Living room area console contains a combination radio, CD player and IPod adapter. Wireless Internet is available and washer/dryer combination is in the hall entryway closet. The master bedroom is off the living area and has bath (tub and shower) next door. The area affords privacy with a central pocket door. Master bedroom has 2 queen beds with a mirrored closet and window views of the beach. The second bedroom is off the kitchen and has twin beds with a central door to the living space. The bath has one large glass shower. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper. The bathrooms have been recently updated with new fixtures, lighting and vanities. New Toto toilets are comfort height with an elongated bowl and self closing lids.
