This beautiful, second floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, modernly decorated vacation rental unit include upgraded kitchen cabinets and appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The first bathroom includes a tub while the master bath has a walk in shower. Both bathrooms have new vanity, light fixtures and cabinets. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a CD stereo system. The two bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
